We stayed at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf as a family and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal — right next to DFO for shopping, with easy tram access to the city and kid-friendly spots like SEA LIFE Melbourne and the Melbourne Museum. Our room was modern, clean, and had beautiful views of the city. The beds were super comfy, and the space worked well for a family of four, although a little more storage would’ve been helpful. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had great options for both kids and adults. While there's no pool or play area, the convenience, comfort, and location more than made up for it. A great base for exploring Melbourne as a family — we’d definitely come back!

Our overnight stay was awesome, with a baby. Good service and an ambience feel like home. We went for a 4-hour journey, and we arrived very much early due to consideration. They allowed us to check in since my baby was a bit tired and grumpy, My husband and I were so grateful for that. Thank you very much. A place to reco and diffidently will check in again soon.

The room was great and the views of the city and river were spectacular. I like the location in South Wharf. It is across the road from the Pan Pacific, but with cheaper room rates it is a great option.
